Order Processing

For pre-sale products, please be aware that the estimated shipping time provided may be subject to delays due to unforeseeable logistics issues. These delays may result in a later shipping date than initially anticipated.

Shipping Orders

  • We typically process your order within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Times

  • E-bikes: Shipped via DPD, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Accessories: Delivered by YunExpress, DHL, UPS, or DPD. Estimated delivery time is 15-20 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by logistics delays, holidays, peak seasons, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders from our store. Most products are shipped from our European warehouses to help ensure fast delivery and a smooth shopping experience for customers within supported EU countries.

Delivery Address

It is very important to provide a complete and correct shipping address when placing your order. We may be unable to change your shipping address once your shipment has been prepared or your order has been shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you for correction. The package may be re-shipped after any additional shipping fee has been confirmed and paid.

Please provide a daytime telephone number for every order. If a carrier is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to our warehouse, please contact service@dukawey.com to arrange reshipment.
